It’s a bit clunky and not very customizable, and the design itsn’t great… On the other hand, since it’s integrated with everything else you get, it’s better than nothing.
Reputation Management
Reputation Management helps you send out review requests and manage your online reviews. These requests can help you create positive reviews for your company, which can help attract new clients.

Overall, we found Go High Level support for customers to be lackluster at best. It can take a few hours to get a response, but once you do it’s usually helpful. That’s not to say it’s not on par with other popular marketing saas tools, if anything, it’s an indictment of the entire industry. Most SaaS tools deliver sub-par customer service due to their growth strategies: growth at all costs and finiding minimum viable product fit is a great strategy but sacrifices are made, and in most cases, it’s customer support.
